Florida Extreme, Inc., a 501(c)3 organization, is based out of Freeport, Florida. Your sponsorship or gift will be used to meet the needs of our athletes in the form of uniforms, equipment, registration fees, tournament fees, facility fees and insurance costs. Receipt will be provided for your tax needs. Please identify the team you wish to gift or sponsor. If no specific team is identified funds will be used for organizational costs that will benefit all of our teams and athletes. Thank You!
